This is a simple and benefic mask and it can be eaten as well (just kidding).
Ingredients: 1 middle apple (preferably organic), four to five tablespoons of honey (preferably organic) and warm water (for rinsing).
Preparation: remove the apples seeds and blend it to make a smooth paste (or grate it). Then add 3-4 tablespoons of honey (depending on the apple size and how many persons will use the mask – the honey amount should be enough to be well mixed with the apple pulp). And now, the mask is ready.
Application: apply on your face a thin layer of the resulting paste. Wait 10-15 minutes and let it dry a bit. Finally wash your face with warm water. That’s all. You’re done!
Tips: mask with honey and apples work better when you use fresh ingredients. So, when the mask it’s done, you have to apply it on your face; don’t keep it in the fridge.
Facts: the apples glycolic acid eases the peeling. Combined with honey, it will clean your pores.
Warning: if you are allergic to any of the mask ingredients, apply a little bit on your wrist and wait for a couple of hours. If you see rash or other allergic symptoms, do not use the mask on your face.
